Track expenses for materials, labor, and subcontractors.
Prepare monthly cost reports and variance analysis
Manage billing (RA bills), invoices, and client payments.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations (GST, TDS in India)
Coordinate with site engineers and project managers
Project-wise vendors and Ledger management for tracking & management of Expenses vs Income.-
Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs
Prepare tax documents
Compile and analyze financial statements
Manage budgeting and forecasting
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
Fluency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Preferred
Good Knowledge of Tally / SAP Accountant / Other Accoutant Softwares

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Office Assistant to support daily administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate will handle office documentation, data entry, filing, communication, and coordination tasks to ensure smooth office functioning. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in basic computer applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
Maintain and organize physical and digital files and records.
Prepare letters, reports, invoices, and other documents.
Handle photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing.
Data Entry and Documentation
Enter and update data accurately in spreadsheets and company systems.
Maintain employee, vendor, and customer records.
Track incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Communication and Coordination
Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
Coordinate meetings and appointments.
Assist in communication with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
Office Supplies and Maintenance
Monitor office inventory and place orders for stationery and supplies.
Ensure office equipment, such as printers and computers, is functioning properly.
Coordinate with service providers for maintenance and repairs.
Financial and Basic Accounting Support
Assist in preparing bills, invoices, and expense reports.
Maintain petty cash records.
Support accounting team with documentation and reconciliations.
HR and Compliance Support
Maintain attendance records and leave data.
Assist with onboarding documentation for new employees.
Ensure important company documents are updated and securely stored.
Other Duties
Support management with special projects and ad hoc tasks.
Maintain confidentiality of company information.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred.
1–3 years of experience in office administration or clerical support.
Freshers with strong organizational skills may also apply.
